Back when Mario Wonder was announced, the Elephant Form was also revealed.
One of the big theories I saw was that each character would get their own animal form. Ultimately that didn't pan out but a common theory was that Peach would become a Flamingo.
I liked the idea enough to draw Toadstool as a flamingo.
