Preferred Nicknames: Hattie (Only Cat's Meow is allowed to call her this), Hat, Off.

Species/appearance: Earth pony w/dragon tail (dragonness is recessive, right?)
Bio: Hats Off wants to destroy/take over the world someday. However, there is tea, so she won't destroy/take over it yet. For now. Just you wait until all the tea is gone. Oh yeah, Mews is pretty important, too, so that helps her postpone her destructive plans. She keeps worryingly detailed notes for world domination/destruction in her dresser drawer.
Likes: Her cute little bows and socks, static electricity, destruction, fire, fluffy things, tea.
Dislikes: The cold, being on a government watch list (for worrying internet searches), neon colors, country music, people trying to be "edgy", her birthday.

Other: She knows exactly nine different ways to kill someone using the chain she wears around her neck. She has never used any of them, however.

(Firstly, I don't know - I just wanted an interesting detail for her character at the time, and that's what I thought up. Sorry if that annoys you or something, I was just having fun making things up. ^^')
1. Strangling
2. Undo one of the chains, and stab them directly in the eye. Repeat until dead (there is an area directly from the eye to the brain where if done correctly, it can kill someone. Fun fact!)
3. Use it to restrain them; leave to die of thirst/hunger.
4. Simply use it as a chain weapon (like a whip, I guess)
5. Feed the links of the chain, wait for them to choke
I'll come up with more of them later - getting really dark here, wow.
