This very much looks like you just recolored fav.me/d9d5vg1 . Recoloring is usually not appreciated in this community, so I'd strongly recommend that you just practice drawing the manes, tail, etc. For yourself. An apology to the original artist whose work you've recolored would be good, too.
I highly suggest that you take your version down, too.

This right here, what you're commenting on, is a base. It has no mane and tail, and no details, etc. so that you can add them on to make it a base doll.
What you recolored is a doll. It used to be a base, but the artist took it, and made the artwork their own. It's like a collaboration between the base maker, and the artist. The artist has rights to their work, and it is very rude to recolor it without their permission.
I see that you have used some bases that already have pre-made manes on them, which might be why you're confused. Those are what I like to call "Recolor bases", a base that already has manes and tails, so that anyone can recolor/edit them, along with the manes and tails.

A good rule of thumb: if it doesn't say "Base" in the title, it probably isn't a base, and you probably aren't allowed to use it.
