Tools: Pencils, Micron Pens, Illustration paper
Project: n/a
I might do commissions, if I do, this is an example of my inking skills and traditional line art skills. (I warn you, I'm not as skilled as digital inking however I can send you the original if you want)

Artist Comment: I was bored at the convention, so I drew this. Nothing special, a very random design in a sense.
Reever has a special sheath it allows him to exchange blood and flash for a demon sword. Depending how much of his body or how much of his spiritual energy he inserts into the sheath is how big and how powerful the sword will become.
His ultimate attack is to hold the sheath but have the sword come from any angle!
(yes lots o flaws~ like boots and lack of good hands lol but I'm happy with how the inking came out since I normally never do this)

heh ya, well i'm not that proud of a user lol I can almost count the number of times I used micron (let alone pen) on my hands xD (and maybe toes? lol ^_^; )
but ya thanks ^_^ it's taking me a long time to learn how to use 'em... "there is no undo button in life" lol or something like that, but ya... I'm so used to cg ^_^

oh that's cool~ I remember reading this one college having a digital imaging class, if it's basically the same thing I bet it would be extremely beneficial to anyone who to cg.
But ya, recently I've noticed an increase in classes that revolve around cg. There are even some schools dedicated to it o_o It's nice to see there are stuff like that xD
hehe and right now I've found my new crack~ it's called copic markers xD damn they are expensive. But they are so addicting @o@ I like though how the colors are turning out (I never was great at doing cg coloring ^_^;; I think that's why~ >_> ) But ya they are so fun. Hopefully with this I can start to achieve even more unique style xD (I can't stress enough how generic my cg coloring is lol )

Indeed its really cool! My teacher is letting me bring in my own PC and letting incorporate my illustrations
Its good to see a lot of cg classes and a push for digital arts.

As for cg coloring, just be bold and try new stuff out....I find it goot to have a certain style, but then again completely deviate from in occasionally XD

yep, the spirals on the back are supposed to guard his "castor arm" cause he needs at least one arm to hold the sheath~ xD so they work as good defense against swords~ other than that he's scrwed ^_^;

it went alright, not as good as I would have liked (pretty good on the first day, but cause more than 90% of the people on the second day were the same >_> not good at all for me >_< )
However, for a first time selling and selling an original story, I'd say the turn out was decent ^_^ Plus there is another convention coming up soon. That means I can probably reuse a lot of the extras~
