They said people can find this bust on E3 these days. Actually this is just a prototype and they're waiting the news for this game to modify it.
For how to purchase it, one thing I can tell you is that they plan to sell them to the oversea market so hopefully you'll find them on ebay or somewhere else in the future! I can also share updates if any.
