This is something I've been wanting to do for a while, and it took about 40 shots to get it right. I was using Crayola pencils, which bore the golden logo that kept shining on other pencils. In this picture, you can faintly see this in a couple of pencils towards the top - I attempted to edit it out in Photoshop, but couldn't get rid of it completely. But since this was the best of the bunch, I thought I'd share it with y'all...hope you enjoy it

The colors in this photo are so radiant. The photo is clear and neatly arranged.
The one thing that bothers me is the white pencil sort of blends in with the white (surface?) behind it. Maybe a colored surface would work better?

i love this photo! "stand up and be different" it would be also a good idea if you shot one someday with 2 colors, many of one color, and one of the other. and do it like this one and itd look awesoem

GOD, I hate that it has become so easy for people to call other racists. You can't do or say anything anylonger, because someone always manage to find something racistic about it. It's so god damn sad!
But enough of that. Lovely work! It's amazing how many shot's you'll have to do before it get's the way you want it. I think I would have tried two or three times before I probably gave up : | All glory to the patience!

This is really great !! I love it. Simple perhaps but you had it in your mind for a while as you said so it developed to pure perfection as you can see on the photo.
I love seeing when artist express projects like this. Its so rewarding to get it how you like it and that very feeling is captured with the picture. I love that feeling. Its great to relate too.
Was a bit sad to read about the rasist comments. I myself am sencetive towards racism and it didn't cross my mind one bit when I looked at your picture. But you could see it flattering too that your picture moves there emotions so much that it projects there fear. After all isn't that what art does most play with our emotions. Ok I m so getting of track here sorry
