It's Bipper, but not in the way you'd expect.This is actually sort of a crossover in a way, though I don't know how obvious it is...
Whoever can figure out what it's crossed with first gets toΒ suggest something for the overlord to draw and I will draw it (eventually. I can't guarantee when)
I do not own Disney's Gravity Falls or its characters
I also do not own Ratatouille
Gravity Falls is owned by Disney

Honestly, though, I'm not sure what even made me think of doing this "crossover"
