Nice coloring! Were you able to color underneath the traditional ink without much trouble? Or did you color over the ink with low opacity?

Yes, I color underneath the traditional drawing by setting its layer blending mode to "multiply". This way the white parts become transparent and I can color underneath it without a problem.
