adoptive, anyway.....ive had this joke in my head for a while.
not quite off-topic yet unrelated to the picture: the protagonist of mother 1 (earthbound beginnings) has 2 canon names: Ninten (according to strategy guides) and Ken (according to the novelization of the game... for some reason this name stuck in japan iirc)...so if you name the girl "Doe" or "Chic" in the naming screen their ship name would be Ninten/Doe or ChicKen
