You can trust Nimbus to always speak his mind, and, most of the time, he's not meaning to offend anyone. He's just too honest for his own good, and he was born without that nifty device named a 'filter.' He genuinely thinks that he's handing out constructive criticism, but forgets that sometimes his tone of voice makes it sound like he's being an asshole. He's yet to actually master controlling his facial expressions or how his voice sounds, and by default he has a bad case of RBF[resting bitch face], and sounding genuinely bored with everything. He's trained himself while working, to keep a smile on his face at all times, but as soon as he clocks out his 'customer service' mode is basically non-existent. It is almost alarming how different a person he is outside of work.

While working, his entire focus is on his patrons and ensuring they have the best experience of their lives at his spa. He is a bit of a hard boss because of this, but it is truly his desire to simply spoil his patrons as he believes every person should be lavished upon as royalty when in an establishment such as his, and he expects his workers to carry the same mentality and do as such so as not to bring down the name he's worked so hard to build for himself.

Outside of work, Nimbus is a very loud and lively person. While he still maintains a need for everything to be clean just like in his work, he could be considered a very fun person to be around. He enjoys always having something to do, whether it is something as simple as going to the library to have a study session about nothing in particular, or going out for a night on the city Nimbus goes in full force. This 'high energy' attitude has gotten him in multiple fights, especially when you pair it with his lack of a filter, all that's missing from the toxic mix is a bit of alcohol and you've got yourself a Quilava practically begging for a fight. He quite enjoys them too, so it's not too far of a stretch to say he's picking fights intentionally.

Depending on the company he is with, however, Nimbus can morph into the 'protective older brother' sort of person. He is commonly more gentle and easy going if there are woman present in the group, as he doesn't wish for women to witness him making a complete ass of himself, and he will always be very protective of the women in the group, so he's a very talented buffer for his female friends just looking for a fun time and not wanting to be bothered by men.

Born to a mother who was too young to really know what she was doing, Nimbus had a bit of a rocky childhood. He was never lacking in love, however, as his mother did the best that she knew how to do. Nimbus never had any grandparents to turn to, as they had passed long before he was born, nor did he have a father as the man had bolted before he even knew Nimbus existed. So Nimbus grew up with only his mother as a friend, and honestly, he never would've wanted anything different. She was his best friend, and the pair of them always had as much fun as they could despite how tired his mother was after long hours of work to keep them both fed and a roof over their heads. Despite the lack of money, Nimbus somehow never really found himself wanting for material possessions. His mother provided for him the best she could, and, even as a child, Nimbus could understand the value of the gifts she would give to him on birthdays and holidays, so he was always very careful with his possessions. He did not want to be careless and break something that his mother had worked so hard to earn for him.

Once school began for him, he understood even more clearly his financial status. And even more, his family status. He realized it had only ever been he and his mother, and while he'd never wanted anything else than what he had already, he realized that he must've had a father out there as well. So he asked his mother for the story. The information given to him hadn't really changed a thing, but Nimbus still felt an odd sense of closure from learning about his father.

His teenage years, as with most, were a bit rebellious. He got into fights over girls, got bad grades, and broke all the rules he could get his hands on. If you ask him now, Nimbus honestly couldn't tell you much about what he was like as a teen other than one word- edgy. It's a bit of a dark time in his life, and he doesn't like to think about how he was then, but it was around the time he was 17 that he actually started to grow out of it and develop more into the person he is today. The catalyst for this, was his father. He had caught wind that he had a son and returned to reconcile with his previous lover and meet his son.

Naturally, at first, there was a lot of trust issues, but slowly, Nimbus and his father found common ground. They were both clean freaks. The two stayed close and could even be considered friends if you asked either of them, and Nimbus started taking school seriously again and turned his game around.

Nimbus had just turned 23 when his father got into a car accident, and shattered his life. Months were spent in the hospital, but his father never woke from the coma. And with his father's passing, Nimbus received one final gift from the man, the business the Nimbus runs today. He pours all of his heart and soul into the spa to make sure his father's legacy is carried on, and to ensure that his mother will always be well taken care of.

He will always carry hand sanitizer and towels on himself if he happens to be forced to touch something he'd rather not.

For the most part, the flames in his tail are not usually hot, but they can very much still set fire to things, so he will usually not show flames in his tail unless emotion gets the better of him so as not to start any fires. [This is also why he has to have his clothing tailored so it's fireproof]

Ask him about his scar all you like, you'll get a different story every time.

Overheats very easily, so his clothing is usually light or covers little so his skin can breathe.

Has a very strange grudge against broccoli. He genuinely doesn't trust it. This extends somewhat into cauliflower, but he'll still eat that.
