No, I WAS a 90s kid. I was born in 88. The 90s sucked. Pokemon was cool, sailormoon was cool, twin peaks was cool, and rap was still good. But everyone dressed like shit, and homophobia was rampant, and everyone was scared of drugs and being pc and stupid shit, AND celine dion was big. Gross.

I mean. Yeah. The 90s sucked. Like the rest of them. Except the 60s. In the 60s we went to the fucking MOON and then some. The 90s were boring and stupid, with bad hair, bad clothes, and bad attitudes.

Lotta people died overdosing on drugs. There's good points and bad points to every era.

:/ Less people ODed in the 60s than any decade afterwards. 60s people did alot of psychedelics, almost all of which have never had a single reported fatal overdose. However, the 80s was considered the "coke decade" and the 90s was all about heroin meth. Both drugs, while not as fatal as alcohol or cigarettes, are more addicting than psychedelics, and can really mess up your life. Not to mention it is much more common for cocaine and meth to be cut with other things. Many reports from people who lived in the 60s claim that the drugs were cut less often then because the demand for commonly cut drugs like meth and heroin were still relatively minimal. Even at the famous Woodstock concerts, only 3 deaths were reported. Only 1 of which was drug related (heroin overdose). The 60s was the most revolutionary decade of the 20th century.

Hahaha! So good to hear somebody say this...for some reason its raging in pop culture to love the 90s, although other decades had so much more to offer than a couple of Nickelodeon shows and the most androgynously shaped clothes I've ever seen.
