A greatly drawn one, he looks really creepy, but *puts on his nerd glasses* there are plot issues with it.
First of all, blood curse vampires don't (d)evolve like Kain's. They'd probably stop on the tridactyl hands, hooves on feet and some personal feature.
Second, Vorador wouldn't know how to forge blood drinking blades. He only forged the Reaver, it was enchanted to drink blood not by him, but by Janos Audron.
Third, I don't think that there would be any blood curse vampires (Voradorims?) in Soul Reaver era.

This would've been nice to see in the game, actually, since you said it was SR era. the storyline would fit rather nicely...it probably went along the lines of: After the events of BO2, Kain probably saw Vorador as a threat to his empire and killed him (and made sure he stayed dead this time)...and Vorry's surviving descendants forged their own clan that frequently clashed with the Empire...XD it would've beena nice addition.
