Geez! It's been forever since I've drawn this gal! Which is sad honestly, cause I really love her and I used to draw her a lot. ;w; I seriously can't believe it's taken me this long to make her reference sheet. >.> And I haven't even started her bio yet, despite the fact that she's one of the oldest characters I have.....I need to stop neglecting her! TT_TT Good thing Shelby's not real or she would freaking kill me for leaving her to collect dust for so long. Then again she would kill me for a lot of things. XD

Some fun facts!~

- Maria is the future daughter of my main OC Shelby Yuki The Bat (thevampiresrose.deviantart.com… ) and Shadow The Hedgehog, because I'm trash. Her parents were never married and aren't together anymore sadly, but they're still good friends, and are both apart of Maria's life. Of course Maria wishes they would get back together, but she tries not to complain or think about it to much, since a lot of kids aren't as lucky as she is to have both parents in her life and still be friendly with each other. Plus Maria has an awesome stepdad named Chester The Spotted Cat (will link ref here when I actually get off my lazy butt and make it), so silver lining.

- Including her current one, Maria has gone through three different designs.

- Her current outfit was a clothing adoptable I got from my lovely

- Maria has a half brother named Shiva The Hedgebat (they share the same father) who belonged to who sadly doesn't get on anymore. Maria also has an adopted younger brother named Aj and an older step sister named Ariel The Spotted Cat.

- Around her neck is her most treasured item, a gold heart shaped locket that has been passed down her mother's side of the family for generations that she never takes off. Inside is a picture of her family.
