UPDATE: Unfortunately I no longer wish to draw Lion King style art, in-part due to some nasty elements of the fandom. However instead of hiding or deleting my art, I chose to keep it up, so at least people can still view it. If you are interested in my latest artwork you can find some below; just please note if you watch me, I will not be drawing TLK any more.

This is amazing work! The only thing is, her colors might need to be a bit darker, seeing as its night and all. But everything else is great!

Honestly not all that long xD; I can mimic the lion king style very easily (like here the-hare.deviantart.com/art/TL… ) but I just don't like doing it much as it does feel like my work..If that makes sense?
Since I draw a lot of serious Fantasy and Scifias well I don't want to have any lion king style in my own, which ends up fading in if I draw in it too much, So that's another reason |D

Yeah, I get it. Copying other styles can be good but in the end you're working towards improving your own unique style, right? It's a really beautiful picture though

Well, you can take your current one and paint over it or something. I've done that before, too. There were times that I had an old file and I wanted to mess with it, but didn't have the layers. =\

Personally I prefer the green eyes on Nala but still the blue with a tinge of green is very lovely.

Actually I used a screen cap for her colours. In the scene (due to the lighting) her eyes look blueish but are just really tinted due to the blue environment xD
