Figured I'd post these guys as I might not end up using them. There were going to be some flora for my Tal'Oras planet but just something that doesn't click right with them. Maybe i'll recolour some of them for Tal'viraMore (good) alien flora is coming! I just need to wrap up some things first, but Aliens ARE on their way just making final preps on somethings before it's info sheet time!

These are really cool! I love the 3 in the middle - maybe because they kind of have some similarities to nature? The 5th one from the left reminds me a bit of a pine cone, and the 7th one from the left is kind of like a type of coral I've come across scuba diving. And the one in the middle of them? Its a jellyfish lamp and I need one for my bedside table!
The second one from the right is really cool too - that one has more of an alien feel to it for me.

I think half the reason I rejected them is because they looked too natural? I feel they look very 'Earth based' compared to the non-rejected ones. I think some would work on Tal' Vira (its a mushroom land) given some better colours. Actually thinking about it; it might be the colours that's putting me off \:
I can't use the 7th one as Subnautica has that EXACT design for a sea-plant. I made these years ago and it seems like I was on the right track though |D

well I think you should try to be happy about all your pieces even if you feel they don't turn out that great, I know I get that way sometimes too, but I try to remember that I worked hard and that I can do more, that I can continue improving and make great art. even though I made great art already.
All Art is great, it shows that you are growing and wanting to expand your horizons.

I have better ones I'm keeping underwraps until it comes to the almightly info sheet dump of doom. These ones don't really fit with the rest of the flora which is why they got dumped. But some of them might fit with the sister planet Tal'Vira so I might reuse the 3rd from the left, 5th and maybe the 2 far right ones. I can't use the 3rd from the right as Subnautica has that EXACT design for a sea-plant ;o; /cry which sucks cos these were from like..3 years ago :C
