Description
So, I decided to take on the challenge of creating a color wheel. All of these are my favorite cartoons and anime. I wanted to add some video game characters, but I set my rules to follow. Perhaps I will lookout for a sequel to this challenge.

The Characters:

Red= Akame (Akame Ga Kill)
Orange= Kenny (South Park)
Yellow= De Dee (Dexter's Labroatory)
Green= Martin the Martian (Looney Tunes)
Light blue= Bloo (Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends)
Blue= Kenshiro (Fist of the North Star)
Purple= Shiro (No Game No Life)
Pink= Ageha (Hirogaru Sky Pretty Cure) and Pinkie Pie (My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic)
