It means a lot to me to hear your remark on the way the water is painted.
Even though the changes may not be obvious,
but I do push myself to do something differently for every subsequent painting within the series--
trying to better capture the feeling and movement of water in order to better express an emotion has been a constant challenge for me.

It's heartening for me that you seem to gravitate towards my blue paintings,
which are my more personal, emotional, experimental, and dare I saw more "daring" work,
but they are generally less well received than my cheery colorful paintings.
