Here's Jack for a human scale.

Arcee's a motorcycle, Raz is a carcharodontosaurus, they are pretty huge I feel like it would be comparable to Optimus who is a big rig (though not accounting for the trailer so...)

Scale is a bit hard in TFP, the designs are consistent (as they are 3d Models) but the size of robot to vehicles aren't always very realistic, arcee is a good case as her robot mode's like twice the size of a motorcycle.

Funny thing I was considering if she got an upgrade like Optimus did she could gain enough mass so she'd be a car like the G1 counterpart.
