You have no idea. After Gorion dying traumatized me in childhood- (Damn you Baldur's Gate!) - I was amazed to find that I had actually been given a father who survived the prologue of the game! Only for him to send me off alone on the road as if I were some unwanted burden D: !!!!
I always hated Mask of the Betrayer, but I have to admit that the little tiny fragment of epilogue that tells me I went back and found Daeghun was looking for me the whole time I was gone really hit me in the feels. DADDY IM COMING! I DIDNT DIE I PROMISE DADDY (And damn it neither did Cass or Bishop you effing stooopid writers!)

This is sweet. One can actually imagine that there is some sort of affection between them-- unlike certain elves of my creation, father and child, who treat each other with careful respect in accordance to how much they want to anger the other. Still, the drawing itself is very sweet as well. Even with all the dark shades of green and grey, it can channel a certain form of comfort.
In short, me gusta. ^_^
