Description
Those rocks are a bit bigger than what he usually sees!Keebole had set off wandering as usual, his natural curiosity bringing him to search through the fields that, though they seemed far away, we're fairly close to The Nook. Running through the grass brought him great satisfaction, as well as climbing 'cliffs' that were really small hills, or 'scaling trees' of which could barely hold his weight. As he ran through the forests, he drew closer to the open grass without a single tree littering the area. There, he found many different flowers that all had unique smells, and some even tasted sweet! He had dug small holes when he found little clearings within the tall grass, tending to forget to fill them back up as something new always caught his eye.
During his great exploration, he found that there were also many bugs! Some would just gnaw and eat at leaves, while others seemed to be looking for something. He found that they easily avoided his oh so graceful pounces, mostly because he doesn't ever land where he wanted to. He sat and watched small creatures eat away at leafs, and gasped in amazement as they used the grass to make small objects. He himself got caught up in making small grass ropes and trying to create a small grass invention, though it remained unfinished in the field as more bugs caught his eye. There was even a green one with bright purple fluff, of which he had almost got bitten by. The snap that almost got him caused him to stumble backwards, and begin running away without a glance back to see if the tiny creature was chasing him.
At some point in this exploration, he was once again chasing a small bug, a bright yellow one that seemed rather fluffy. If darted about, trying to lose him in tufts of grass, of which he mercilessly stomped down. It dodged back and forth, avoid his clumsy stumbling. As he was chasing, he picked up speed. He was finally gaining on it! With one powerful stride more, he'd catch it! He pressed his paws into the earth, and - his claws got caught, causing him to stumble and flip ungracefully forward due to the momentum. He tried to scramble up fast enough to return chase, but the sight of the quick bug had been lost. Keebole had let out an angry mumble as he stood, and then turned to see just what he'd got himself caught on this time.
One he saw the object, he curiously stood straighter, looking down at what was revealed to be nothing other than large rocks. It wasn't an entirely new sight, rocks were everywhere, but he hadn't seen a rock that was larger than his claws yet! His anger quickly forgotten, he crouched down and crawled over to the pile, walking around it as he toyed at it with his claws. He couldn't seem to overturn them, as they were too heavy and were squished into the ground. He found that trying to scratch them probably hurt him more than the rocks, leaving himself just a lil sore. Eventually, he was playing with the pile, using it to practice leaps and trying to pick it up picking it up only to fall down from the weight, never mind the fact that he doesn't walk on his back legs much.
Though, as always, all adventures come to an end. As he had been trying to decide what to do next with the rocks, he looked to the sky and noticed that it had went from a cheerful light blue to a lovely dark orange. He started retracing his steeps and quickly began scampering back to where he knew he was supposed to be. Though, of course, that's not to say he didn't bring back a smaller rock with him!
