When I first saw this, I thought the figure was holding a match/torch and was burning himself from the bottom. Combined with the terms "zero tolerance" and "revolution" I was about to go on a tirade, but now that I've fullviewed, I have no idea what this means.
The composition, design, and tones are quite nice however.

however, i have no interest in political (or to an extent religous) statements conveyed by artistic expression.

I really dig this, although your ideas for revolution and my ideas for revolution probably differ. But, as we have both agreed upon in the past, that's what makes this country great. Irregardless, this is very bad ass, I dig it a lot. Kind of interesting because I'm currently trying to use my 2 month old guitar playing skills to write a song called "You'll Thank Me When The Revolution Comes". Keep up the excellent work.
