Shot taken with 35mm Camera , Pentax LX +Ilford HP5 plus 400.This is the print scanned with my poor scanner at home, so i'm sorry for the bad quality, i have also the digital version of this shot, but trust me this one is very much better.
This is the view of Pienza, coming from the Valley below, Val d'Orcia.

the grainieness of it only adds to the effect, making it look almost antiqued.
the details of the ground are shocking, drawing the viewers eyes up to the house.

As I work mostly with film and have to scan my prints I too have trouble with getting better quality images; I usually scan at 600 dpi and scale down in photoshop. But I love this picture, it's a great composition and I of course love the fact that it was done with film.
