It's "Nightmare Night" in Equestria and Celestia wants to go visit Ponyville with her sister. It seems Luna attended earlier than anticipated.Another Season 2 episode 4 reference. I can't get enough of Luna's "normal" voice. Whenever she speaks I always laugh.

I think Luna knows Celestia is kind of a bore at parties so snuck off by herself.
