Okay, for the WEIRD-CONTEST made by I made this design (with notes) of a human Bill Cipher (with lots of deathly gadgets).

Mustache: First of all, I haven't seen so far a human!Bill with a mustache (I've seen a few chin-beard though no single fabulous mustaches!) so I gave him a fake one that can be ripped off.

Knife in the cane: Probably never going to be canon or fanon, though I like the idea of Bill hiding a knife in his cane (for purposes no one can foresee). If you watched one of the Sherlock Holmes movies you might get where this comes from...

Knifes in the hat: Okay, how do I explain this without sounding stupid? A hat usually doesn't make a great weapon (for lots of reasons), though if you had powers like Bill... why shouldn't you use one? (If you want to know where I got this idea, here is a hint: which show is about a genius boy inventing stuff that is somewhat defying logic? You find it in an episode there... Believe me!)

Bowtie on the hat: I didn't want to exclude this, okay?!?!

The golden thing beneath the Jacket: Just don't ask about them... Just don't... I doubt you would understand if I told you...

Knifes on the shoes (yes, even more knifes): I think I saw one of those in a spy-movie... Don't remember which one though...

Stripes on the pants: *cough* BUSINESSMAN *cough* BUSINESSMAN *cough*

The eyeglass (I believe I forgot how the thing is actually called): Well, I thought one possible way to enable that Bill can see everything in the universe (or whatever else there is besides reality) would be a magical/some kind of almighty eyeglass.

The blue scarf-thing (and the Jacket): I watched "Les Miserables" while designing him, okay? I believe I saw it somewhere there...

Flame patters: If I really need to explain that and you call yourself a GF-fan or faller... GET OFF THIS PAGE!!

White gloves: So he would appear somewhat "clean" while making deals... (plus attempted fanciness)

Well, this is my human!Bill design for the contest... Though I believe I wouldn't go with it, if I would have to make comic pages with him... I rather make a joke-design for this one... (which wouldn't one blonde or something similar... I would base him off a sit-com character then!)
