My first thought was that this image looked like a page out of a high class men's magazine [such as "GQ"], advertising the latest high fashion.
The composition is intimate, and well balanced. The depth of field really suits the image, and the crispness of the outline of the suit against the background is outstanding, and contributes very much to the overall high quality of the image.
The muted tones really suit the image very well, as does the grey sky; for me this image wouldn't have worked as well if it had been a very bright sunny day.
The only downside for me is the slight vignetting about the subjects head which is a little distracting.
