It's one of your greatest pictures for now. The one thing I don't like is white lineart in her "fishie" parts of body (flippers and this something I can't even call in my mother tongue XD) - maybe it would be better to make it light green, but I'm not sure. And the second... is the rock. I know you wanted it to look like now, but I don't totally like this black lineart and really smooth shading...
But despite that, I really adore this piece. You draw in a totally different style and I didn't await something like this one from you!

maybe the flippers you mentioned are those translucent parts around her waist,I don't know how to name them either
and this is my second work using Coreldraw,it annoyed me that the software can only accomplish simple-gradient,so the rock looks quite smooth,next time I would draw the background in Photoshop.
