Normal: Ray, being genetically modified by Team Rocket caused his fur to change color and his markings to reshape. In the present Ray has long since left Team Rocket.

Rocketchu: A past younger version of Ray, back when he was still evil and working for Team Rocket.

Hyper: This version of Ray is what Ray could of been if the experiment had been a success, now he can only turn into this form when he is at his most powerful. The claws on his gloves can grow much longer and slice through almost anything.

Demon: Ray turns into this when he uses his red feather powerup, it gives him the ability to fly, makes him more powerful and he can also blow a small amount of fire.

Dragon: Ray turns into this when he uses his dragon tooth powerup. He gains the ability to fly, breathe electricty and fire, he is also much stronger in this form.

Past: Young Ray in the past, before he was captured by Team Rocket.

Alibino: When Ray is extremely sick, mentally or physically he loses all color in his fur. He is weaker in this form in every way. His personality/behaviour can also radically change depending on how sick he is. His electricty power becomes very limited, also his electricty changes red.

Mind Control: The Team Rocket collar puts Ray's mind under control by Team Rocket. Because of this his appearance changes and he becomes much stronger and unpredictable.
