The Story (for better reading):
The science team woke up in a strange environment. The lab was gone, a few co-workers were missing, and there was almost no oxygen in the air. The ground was of a pinkish-orange colour and felt strangely warm. Surprisingly, their confusion didn‘t lead to panic since they were prepared for the failure of their ongoing experiment...until one of them spotted an impossibly gigantic face in the sky... hundreds of kliometers away. Its mouth opened and a sweet voice spoke to them like thunder: "Hello, hello, hello... You seem to understand rather slowly what‘s going on. I guess you "scientists" are not as smart as you thought you were. Hahaha, let me help you a little... Did it ever occur to you that your intern may be smart enough to understand your experiments? Did it ever occur to you that I may be the smartest girl in the world? You all ignored me and didn‘t even notice my work at the lab, so I thought, why should I respect yours then? It looks like I was waaaay smarten than you. No one of you noticed that I imprinted my DNA on the size ray so it would only grow me. And none of you noticed that I imprinted your genetic imprint to shrink! The scale was chosen by me as well, of course. I can't let you dummies work by yourself, hihi. Do you feel a slight rumble under your feet? That‘s the growth ray wearing off... This basically means I am still growing bigger. You can‘t ever shrink me - my programming is infallible. I was already smarter than all of you combined when I was a tiny human speck, now look at me! The smartest and biggest human being of all time! And I am not done yet... see the size of me? The size of my brain? Imagine what I'll be able to do now! I understand the universe. I solved every riddle of time and space in a fraction of a second. Too bad you won‘t be here anymore to experience my rise to godhood. And since I can‘t see you anymore, I don‘t know if you are still alive and, frankly, I don‘t care. After the next ray blast goes off, there will be no earth for me to stand on anymore, and the ones of you who survived will be reduced to subatomic particles. Oh, and no matter what you do, no matter what setting you change on the growth ray... you will only make me even bigger and more powerful! I will never stop growing. I will never be ignored again! Now I will be the one in charge! Now I will decide the fate of the universe! I will become so massive that no human mind will be able to comprehend my form." Maniacally laughing, she took her first step. The destruction was apocalyptic: A whole continent was demolished under her massive foot. Storms, floods and earthquakes of unmeshurable force devastated the planet. The horizon went dark from her shadow and a tiny green spark in the darkness gave away that the growth ray was about to go off again - soon multiplying her size again and again by trillions of times.
