I thought it was between new york and uk... but as i was hunting for the original i realised it was on the way to India. I like to carry my camera on flights adn get a window seat in case there's some cool cloud stuff going on.

yeah - window-seats are always the best. i remember flying to the us from europe. the flight came from northeast (canada) down to chicago.
the vew were amazing. very strange - almost no forest, but many many small lakes and something that looked like plane rocks.
I guess there should be some airoplanes with "super-clean" and big windows - for all cloud- and earth-from-above-enthusiasts
