Description
This Star Trek Starbase 1 creation is just a clock, it doesn't really do anything other than sit on your computer desktop, look pretty, and tell the time. The Starship USS ENTERPRISE NCC-1701-G represents the seconds, USS ENTERPRISE NCC-1701-D represents the minutes, and the Borg Sphere represents the hours (an analog clock -if you will).
Saturn (toggle able) is just a link to the live tracking website of the International Space Station (ISS),
and the title STARBASE 1 with the time (toggle able) are the title of the skin with the time.
A STARBASE 1 brief history and description tool tip is provided.

Settings are provided. The settings provide the ability to change the font, font color, font size, turn tool tips on or off, toggle the clock seconds (Enterprise-G), toggle the title and the clock, toggle Saturn, choose the time format, 12 hours or 24, and toggle the starships (they make up the clock). Other than tell the time, Starbase 1 is mainly eye candy. I might turn it into a music player (I'm not sure about it yet).
