Description
The hardest thing about drawing characters like Captain America & Superman is trying to capture the essence of pure nobility those characters have. It's easier to draw Batman because of his darkness or Spider-Man because of his quirkiness.

I chose to stay pretty old-school on the costume. Personally, I think some of the attempts to "modernize" the costumes or make them more "realistic" actually look sillier than the original suits did.

I sometimes feel that my backgrounds are too abstract for their own good, especially when I'm kinda improvising them as I go. Sometimes it works but in this case, I don't think it does. Something for me to keep in mind as I keep learning how to make art.
