I see Catman as the ultimate wannabe, kinda like a grown-up version of Kick-Ass. Perhaps he tried to be a villain & ended up getting beat up by Batman, so he starts making a go as a hero but ends up not doing much beyond standing on roofs looking ridiculous. That's why in the picture I have a bunch of people in the background pointing at him & laughing. His costume's based on a version I saw in the early 90's which seemed so goofy it's perfect for him!
