Yup. Raiden. No idea why everyone hated him.Anyhoo, just a quick sketch. Had no reference picture, so i couldn't do the Sneaking Suit/Skull Suit properly, but i intend on inking this and finishing it up as soon as possible; making it more prevalent, and fixing up that SOCOM.
