poor popplio.
originally i didnt like popplio much but at this point i like it the same as rowlet. litten is still my favorite tho and is the one i'm gonna choose probably. might change depending on what their evolutions look like.

also the story behind this is that originally i was going to draw all three starters looking normal but upon searching for a reference for them, that happened so i just drew sad popplio.
