sure dude, i find the pencil you use makes a big difference try gettin your hands a B pencil i do alot of my work with just the B alone, start lightly then work your way to the darker areas that are suppose to be more shaded! you can look in my gallery i have some photos of WIPS maybe you can learn a thing or 2 looking at how they turned out over time!
