Description Part 1 of the fursuit process. I made the head entirely out of 25 cent sheets of plastic mesh bought at Walmart, sewn together with yarn. I wanted to prove that you can make an effective, detailed shape with plastic mesh. That you CAN be cheap and still make an effective fursuit. The horns are just wire, coiled at the base and sewn into the head (though I had to sacrifice the horns in the final stage)

I want to do this kind of shaping with plastic canvas. My current head is a mole so I was able to avoid muzzle shaping entirely but for my next one I'm sure I won't be as lucky, and I'm not so good at carving foam.

Aw that sounds like foam. Well just use an electric carving knife. It makes foam carving so much easier
