Just a question! You say we can do custom designs with the base but not commissions with the base? What's the difference between them?

I think they mean you can do a cutom design (a.k.a create a new character) but not draw an already existing character. So you can draw somone a new oc but you can't draw someone's pre-existing oc and sell them that drawing. Hope it makes sense ?
