A superhero who's modeled his look and persona after none other than world famous Warner Bros. Looney Toons character; Bugs Bunny. He's actually gifted with reality warping powers drawn from the fabric of the multiverse. From his perspective, he gains his powers from acknowledging and breaking the fourth wall. Power level wise, he's at approximately the level of The Mask from the 1994 Jim Carrey movie based on the Dark Horse Comics property. So he can basically turn things to his advantage by altering or creating things in his environment, but only so long as it's funny. For example, he could suddenly put on a matador hat and pull a red sheet out of nowhere, then taunt a criminal into charging at him like a bull, only for him to pull the cape away to reveal a large anvil that the crook would barrel headfirst into. Ain't he a stinker?
