Description
This guy originally started off as an amalgam of Riddler (Edward Nygma) and Clock King (William Tockman) as a rogue for my Green Arrow/Batman amalgam; Arrow Bat. I then remembered that Riddler and Clock King ended up as a romantic couple on the Harley Quinn animated series, so I thought Trivia Time could be their son and he could have adapted aspects of both his Dads' motifs. I also thought he could have the metahuman ability to turn back time a "trivial" amount (say...less than ten seconds). This was also partially the reason he became a villain; since he can avoid a LOT of negative consequences with his power.
