Description
The Riddler appearing as he did once before but with a very big difference in what he is now.Shortly before his death to a neurological disease, Riddler found out a way to download his mind and personality onto a microchip so Gotham would always have a Riddler. He put it in a Wonder City robot and what happened to him after that was unknown but decades later, the Riddler showed up looking like he hasn't aged at all. When the new Batman went to face off against this returned foe, he found out that Riddler's appearance was hologram based, but it was the genuine person, only now he's an Infiltration Zeta Unit Synthoid. Not only is his mind as sharp as ever, Riddler now has the robotic strength, skill, and weapons to now make him a deadlier threat to Batman.

(A multitude of Riddler-bots drop from the ceiling and begin to surround Batman, all them outfitted with built in shields, blades, shock gloves and firearms)
Riddler: Oh dear, what will you do now, try to use your walnut-sized brain to figure out a way out of this trap ingenuously created by me, E. Nigma, the Riddler? Ha, I’d like to see you try.

Riddler: No! You must have cheated! It’s the only way you could have beaten me! This isn’t over, I, the Riddler, will beat you, mark my words!
(At which point, the Zeta unit he’s hijacked powers down and falls to the ground. Nigma has fled into cyberspace)

Riddler downloading his mind into a cybernetic one sounds like something he'd totally do. Reminds me of The Batman episode where Joke downloads his mind into nanobots that turned him into a swarm of nanobots himself. Maybe Riddler can do the same? Manipulating nanobots and computer data to use to his advantage.

Oh yeah, I remember that episode. Nanobots aren't out of Riddler's ability to control, but they are difficult for one mind/AI to control so he keeps them on his robot body for repair or weapon materialization. Manipulating computer and data are exactly in Riddler's wheelhouse. With this new ability of computer manipulation, he puts his riddles out on internet for everyone to try and solve, but no one ever finds every riddle.

Personally, I always liked the idea of Riddler eventually reforming and becoming an ally to Batman (like what Paul Dini had started before the freaking New 52), but this is a really cool method of bringing him into the future.

He kinda does. Riddler needs to lure Terry into his game so he needs bait and disguising himself as Zeta would be perfect bait.

What I mean is, while it make perfect sense for old Mr. Nigma to use that as bait, what I mean is I hope once he reveals himself Terry is able to tell that Zeta is still not the warbot he was built for.

Well Zeta's not really there. Nigma planned the whole thing with using his similar look and a voice changer built into him to give the appearance that Zeta was there.
Reading this again, I assume you mean that Terry won't let this experience make him believe that all Zeta units are only capable of war. That Zeta can rise above that.

I just finished the Arkham Knight story mode 100% and I'll wait a "Complete Edition" to play th New Game + with DLCs.
DLCs here in Brazil are expensive... PS4 games are too expensive , everything here related to games is expensive!!

One of the most underappreciated villains! I just love Riddler!
It's amazing how you showed his holographic appearance slipping off. And the design of his suit os so cool! Would he still make riddles? I can imagine thay in the future he would use complex codes and paroles which after decoding would be altered into riddles and puzzles with malevolent punishment for wrong moves! You know, Batman decodes the cipher and BOOM! Puzzle or riddle which, in case of wrong answer or solution would shut down life-support systems in hospitals or turn off the lights on the roads!

Same here.
I thought it would be cool to have most of his holographic appearance shown with his true robotic self being seen here and there. He still will be making riddles but with a more futuristic, more technological Gotham City, Riddler will take his riddle challenges to bigger scales. I like your idea of certain consequences happening if Batman gets certain parts of riddles wrong.

Two Face - A Beyond villain will be taking up the Two Face identity and running his own gang with some members of the gang , The T's.

If you don't mind listening to some of my ideas:
1) Hush.
What if Thomas Elliott managed to get his hands on some of Lazarus Pit water? Maybe, after finally snapping, he started to go through the same training as Bruce and slowly descended into madness believing himself to be Bruce?
2) Red Hood.
If I remember correctly, Terry had some DNA of Bruce, right? What if the new Red Hood was one of the failed experiments? What if they injected Bruce's DNA into bodies of numerous children? But not ordinary ones. CADMUS wanted to create the perfect Bat-Soldier. That's why they combined DNA of Bruce with samples of numerous mercenaries and criminals. One of the subjects was especially successful.
Subject-52 was of the superior quality. Strong, fast, agile and exceptionally quick to adapt, he was trained in all possible martial arts, espionage skills and escape arts. He was taught everything the perfect soldier should know. And, of course, they taught him about Batman. His strategy, mentality and so on. The difference is that he was taught to kill.

And one day...
The whole facility was wiped out. Noone was left alive. Subject-52 broke out and started the killing spree. His main targets were anyone injected with Bruce's DNA. His ultimate goal was to prove himself absolutely superior to the other subjects. That's how he would come eventually to face Terry.

1) That seems like an intriguing idea, Hush could make a plan to kidnap Bruce and when he's rescued it's really Hush in disguise.
2) Well that's going to be different, I'm not going with the Cadmus DNA experiment that was introduced in JLU. Damien Wayne will actually be Terry's biological father, making Bruce his grandfather.
I do though like the idea of Subject 52. I'm getting an Arkham Knight from him.
