Description
After being presumed dead, Derek Powers took a step back from everything and plan from the shadows the downfall of all his enemies, including his son, who betrayed him. The first step for Blight was to find a way for him to move around with little attention drawn to himself. His scientists have modified a containment suit that once belonged to The Atomic Skull and made it able to perfectly contain Blight's entire radioactive body. With new connections, Blight has been able to recruit some of Batman's lesser known villains that were in prison and now are freed and working for him and are soon to be apart of a plan that a hidden partner has come up with to finally destroy Batman.For more Batman Arkham Beyond zigwolf.deviantart.com/gallery…

Blight was essentially the Green Goblin of the Batman Beyond universe, both are corrupted businessman who went insane in the long run. Darek and Norman also have their own sons (Harry Osborn and Paxton Powers)

Kind of sad that he only used his powers in two episodes of the show with the second being his last appearence. He was an awesome villain, he was practically Gotham's version of Lex Luthor with radioactive powers!

I know, such a waste of villain. If there was one thing that Batman Beyond failed at, it was reusing villains in later episodes. It would of been good to get more out some of the newer villains instead of 1 or 2 time appearances.

For Repeller okay, but Armory is not a really villains: he has helped Batman. And Payback... it's just a kid.

Well I'm probably not gonna use some of those but I meant those types of low level villains. I know Armory might not be a full blown villain but Payback might become one since this takes place a few years after the end of the series.

This could be a really good idea. He might want to be a vigilante to make up for what his dad did and he could be just like how Gear is to Static or how Steel is to Superman.
