My reimagined version of the 10,000 Volt Ghost.

In his reimagined history, Watson Volkner was an electrical worker who was called Voltz by his coworkers because of his frequent accidents with massive amounts of electricity and his strange ability to walk away from them unscathed. One day while working in an electric substation. The Scooby Doo gang is fighting a monster and their fight causes much destruction around them and it causes Volkner to fall into a transformer and is electrocuted to death because the amount of electricity took into himself power half of Crystal Cove. His body was found later by other electricians and he was taken away to the morgue. His dead status wouldn't last for long as a spectral entity that's responsible for the creation of other monsters and it resurrected him as a zombie but the electricity in his corpse was unleashed and destroyed it, leaving a ghost made of pure electricity. He tried going home to his family but they were frightened by his new appearance and when he tried to touch his son he accidentally cause his pulse to stop. He runs off and goes to a secluded area but later he spots the Scooby Doo Gang driving from another monster and remembers when he was living that they played a hand in hid death and his current ghostly status and now is out for revenge.

For his design I wanted to keep him close to his original design but add something new to it. So I made him a skeleton that's covered in electricity for a more frightful design.
