Description
My reimagining of the Phantom Virus from Scooby Doo and the Cyber Chase.In this new story, Bill McLemore was an upcoming student who was on the brink of mind transfer into a digital program. He copied his mind into a program and called it PV (standing for Program of Variety) and it became his assistant. When it looked like Bill's funding was gonna be pulled in favor of more lucrative projects, he tried to sabotage the other projects and was caught by the inventors. When trying to escape, he was fought and pushed into a tank containing genetically altered eels that were meant to power cities. As a result he was electrocuted to death, but that wasn't the end of him. His spirit, full of vengeance, returned and infected PV turning it into a phantom virus. With no body, the Phantom used electricity to move around until he found one prototype project that suited his needs. An environmental suit that could take the brunt of whatever came its way in nature. The Phantom Virus is now out in the world and nothing digital or technological is safe from his viral clutches.

Thats not a bad redesign I must say. I personally didn't like the simple design they went for the PV in the movie.

Wow! This design for the phantom virus looks amazing! He kinda looks like ultimate spider man or amazing spider man 2 version of electro, especially the suit. Ironic considering that i also have gary sturgis play electro in my own fanmade spider man series. I think the phantom virus's electric voice by gary sturgis is perfect for a villain like Electro

Well I think that everyone in the Scooby Doo gang will have different kinds of relationships. Probably after Shaggy is dumped by Velma, him and Scooby will be abducted by aliens and there will be something put in them that other aliens (including Crystal and Amber) are looking to obtain. So that's why the aliens ladies are getting close to Shaggy and Scooby (though they get too close)

As hilarious as that would be, Shaggy alreadyΒ knew about Velma liking girls, which really surprised him when she started showing interest in him romantically.
