Description
This is how you pounce; Don't trouble yourself with stealth, you just concentrate on sticking your shiny white, and otherwise blatantly obvious, ass in the air. Because nobody can resist the charm and allure of a white lion ass, Rune! That's how I met your mother. And that's why it's so difficult for white lions to obtain food in the wild.
(The best part about this picture; Disney can't say a blasted thing about "concept theft")

I love Kimbas face! It's perfect since he's very inexperienced in the pouncing area, it shows in his determined expression. Kimba wouldn't exist if it wasn't for disney, may be so...but disney did rip off a lot of scenes and ideas from Kimba, heh. I do still like the movie though, I'll admit. And the soundtrack is amazing XD

That's really cute!
I like that scene, though I don't care for the "Morning Report" song much. I like the old scene better, where Simba is pursuing a grasshopper (or cricket, or whatever) and Mufasa decides to take advantage of the moment, and Zazu laments, "This is so humiliating!"

If we spent every minute of our lives thanking God for all that He has done, that still wouldn't be enough.
A little hard work never killed anybody.

Nice picture I love the coloring and expressions of the character. The grass looks so natural.
Though I must say, Kimba wouldn't exist if it weren't for Disney. [:

Ah, yes. Your referring to the Bambi/Kimba complex, oui?
I don't claim to disbelieve the fact that Tezuka had a little help,
but the only ideas he ripped off of were the concept of an animal prince,
and the odd dark ear markings. Disney just took a huge ooey gooey gob
of Kimba the White Lion and filtered it into TLK. And personally I think they did a
ripping good job of it too. I Love The Lion King. Love the characters, love the animation,
love the fabled subliminal messaging in the scattered flower petals that form after Simba
collapses onto that jutting stone. (SEX! Or SFX. If Disney was telling the truth <--- Fat chance)
But, in either case, it was still kind of mean. xD
