Although Grumpy Bear cherished his newlywed spouse, Swift Heart Rabbit, with every fiber of his being, and did plan on eventually having many cubs with her in the happy near future yet to come, sextuplets waaasn't exactly what he had in mind. But wait! You haven't seen anything yet: as it turns out, multiple births come naturally for a rabbit, so twins, triplets, quadruplets, quintuplets, sextuplets, septuplets, octuplets, nonuplets, and -- golly Grumpy, who knows? Perhaps even decaplets aren't out of the question when a lapine is involved in the breeding equation! Poor Grumpster, why do these things always happen to him? With a whopping total of thirteen family members - two adults, six adolescent sextuplets, three triplet children, and two twin toddlers - all crammed underneath the same hectic roof, it's no wonder why the rest of the Care Bears/Care Cousins have affectionately dubbed their family/household "the warren"! Swift Heart and Grumpy Bear currently have eleven children, seven of which are rabbits. This has made lapines the second most numerous species in the Care Bear Family after ursines. And if you think that's mind-boggling enough in itself, just wait until the babies mature to adulthood and begin to have babies of their own! Never has the term "breeding like rabbits" been more appropriate...also, the Cousins may want to consider changing "The Forest of Feelings" to "Cloud Clipper-ship Down"!

The car itself, upon close inspection, appears to be a repainted and incorrectly marked version of the "Mach Five". The number six which adorns the side of the vehicle could be a reference to his super speed, but a handful of the other Care Bear Family members have suggested that it might also be a subtle sextuplet reference.
Personality & Misc. Info: Bold, arrogant, and even more dare-devilish as his mother before him. Apart from a serious need for speed he also shares his father's gift for mechanics, but to a much lesser extent in that he is only interested in/talented at fiddling with cars. All the lapines in his family possess super speed, but Race's competitive attitude and insatiable lust for rapid running have placed him one step above and beyond his siblings as he now seems to wield the sort of fancy footwork which would turn a rocket-powered cheetah's pelt green with envy.

Info: Nimble and Race are very much the trouble makers of the household, and will often compete with one another (sometimes indoors, much to the dismay of their parents!) to see which one of them is the fastest. In terms of personality Nimble is an even blend between being both plucky and dauntless like his mother, and also a bit of a whiner with a bad luck streak like his father. Between the two of them, Nimble is somewhat more cautious and reasonable than his hot-headed brother Race.

Story plays the role of "walking wellspring of information" in the family, and although she has a natural talent for speed-reading and can go through more books in a fortnight than Bright Heart himself can finish in an entire year, her interests lean much more heavily towards fiction, fairy tales, and human mythology unlike her masked and mathematically-minded purple coon-counterpart. Because they are two of the eldest and most responsible of Swifty's children, she and her brother Solemn Heart are often tasked with the job of playing substitute-mum-and-dad to their siblings when their actual parents are not present. Info: When Hope and her six siblings were younger and still quite dependent upon their parents' constant care, even the speedy and highly energetic Swift Heart sometimes had difficulty keeping up with their ceaseless demands for food, affection, and entertainment. Cheer Bear and Treat Heart would often volunteer for babysitting, something which they had become quite good at thanks to Hugs and Tugs. If ever a dispute or a tussle arises among his siblings over which toy/video game/article of clothing belongs to whom, True Blue is typically the fella' who steps in and can always be counted upon to play peacekeeper and come up with a fair solution which is sure to satisfy all parties involved. He's also quick to volunteer a helping paw when the older members of the household are doing their chores, or when the younger tots have lost something precious to them/need to be changed.
