u dont have to understand it... its the soul. (my?)technically: combination of a lot of techniques, much freehand work in it, rendering, manipulation.
never made a piece with that ammount of layers..
a LOT of detail in it, so check it out...

The wolf on the left is absolutely wicked! The teeth, the fur, and then you see the small zipper around it's neck.
The concept of a magazine style image is somewhat a departure from your original style, but I like the small touches - the issue number upper right, the title (although I think that shouldn't be going sideways).
There are some interesting features around the girl and skull, but I dislike the extreme right and bottom sides of the image - they just seem tacky somehow with the high levels of exposure.
Anyhow, nice job overall. Not too many things I'd change, it makes for a very interesting image.

the blending of the imagery is quite nice but the overall design and depiction i am not too fond of. it appears well balanced, and all, but the content, i guess, is just not stimulating enough for me.
