You can use dream selfy to make ocs and adopts.
As long as they are free adopts.

i made the characters as ocs for me and my self, not for sale or gifts or adopts the one who told me said i shouldnt keep em as itwas art thievery this and the other but eh i didnt listen i just didnt use that game anymore and kept my characters

I think if you used the designs commercially you would be in trouble.
But since they are for your own use it shouldn't be a problem at all.

not sure, they even gave me a link to rules by whoever made the game and stuff but i didnt read and well some one told me they got madcuz hes the kind that sells adopts drawn and designed by him personally
