History:
(Extra Info: In Echoelle, things like oddly colored skin or hair as well as anthropomorphic features are not uncommon. Provided he's polite and reasonable, it is a rare occurance for somone with his features to be dicriminated against.)

   Born into a working class family, he wasn't exactly the shining star of the city of Moment. No, that title went to the first lady born only days after him. She wasn't related to the current leader, but she was certianly treated as such. You see, her father was the top exporter of the northern half of the continent all the way down to the Cowin Border. Her father was also the boss of the boss of Caine's father's boss. His father, Frinn, worked on one of the ships that took trips around the southern tip of Echoelle to deliver food and other supplies to Bushcliffe and Goldwell castle. While the ships had to travel through pirate territory, the ship's owner struck a deal with them to leave the ships alone in return for supplies sent specifically to them.
    After about seven years, Frinn convinced his wife Antionette to let him take Caine on one of these trips to the southern capitol. While Caine loved the feel f sailing in the large ships, seeing the twin castles was awe inspiring for him and struck a love of architecture deep into him. While Frinn ran a few crates inside of the Bushcliffe castle kitchen, he left Caine sitting atop a nearby bale of hay. Sitting still didn't hold well with Caine at the time though so while his father was busy, he wandered off further into the castle.
    He eventually wandered into a large room filled with the most magnificent toys he had ever seen. Like any seven year old would, he immediately sat down and began to play. He soon heard voices approaching the door however, and being afraid of a reprimand, he hid in the curtains and waited for the voices to pass by. Unfortuately, rather than passing by, they came up to the door and eventually moved inside the room. It sounded like a young lady and a little girl. After some  time and right about when his legs were beginning to ache something terrible he heard the lady say to the girl that she needed to go but the girl should stay here and be good. The door then opened and shut and all her could hear was the soft clink of the toys.
    Hesitating, but ultimately deciding he was too bored to wait around any longer, he came out from behind the curtain. The girl sat with her back to hi, but he could see her pretty green hair up in two buns on her head and her pale blue skin. He walked up and gently tapped her on the shoulder and said hello. She seemed a bit startled at first but they eventually began playing together. They were probably alone in the room for about 30 minutes before the lady came bustling back int he room complaining about some shipyard hand's missing son when she saw Caine and froze. Rushing over, she sntched him up by the wrist and roughly dragged him out of the room, much to both of the children's dismay. He was quickly returned to his father who was then fired on the spot for allowing his son to roam the castle freely and fraternize with nobility.
    They returned home, his father never once saying a word about what happened to Caine until they returned home. When they walked in the door, his father looked at Antionette, smiled, and said only one thing; "Caine made a friend. "
    Times were hard for the Nostrella family after that, but they struggled on through. At the age of only 16, Caine left the family home and went to make a name for himself. He sends half of whatever money he makes back to his parents.

Likes/Dislikes:

Likes

    Straight lines, and clean cut edges. He finds them extremely satisfying.
    Knowing your dirty secrets. Knowlege is always power.

    Messes, if you can't put it away, you really shouldn't have it.

Trivia:

Currently

    Working as a news journalist in a special division designed for political stories. He digs up the dirtiest secrets on Echoelle's monarchy. And he's really good at it too.

Loctions

    He lives in a little apartment building called Casa Luz in the downtown vicinity of The City of Moment. This is situated in the central-northern territories of Echoelle Island. (I can provide a map if you would like to see!)
    He lives on the top floor in a penthouse suite with a terrible view. All he can see is a billboard and the brick building next door. He loves the privacy though and with no upstairs neighbors, he doesn't have to worry about too much noise.

    His room is mainly in warm colors, featuring browns and faded golds. He likes a dark but dingy red too though, so he has a lot of throw-pillows and blankets in that color.

Hobbies

    Reading books and doodling architecture in his free time.

Quirks

    His favorite time of day is sunset.
    He has as many shelves in his room as possible because he absolutely loves saving things that are correlated to memories. Be they of good or bad times. Most people see it as a mess or clutter, but he wouldn't know what to do with himself if he didn't have all of his memories on the shelves around him.
    His unparralleled exuberance when it comes to people is actually his coping mechanism for his depression.
