Everyone knows that the eyes are a huge part of what make a chibi a chibi. Never have a seen a chibi's eyes that still retained a elegant air to them. Her eyes literally look like pools of water. Since she is the water element I'm sure that's what you were going for.

I love everything about this character! I love how her hair are waves that are sparly and glistening. The dress have jewels that looks like a pattern of the sea. Her expression is so peaceful and calm, also like the sea. It's so perfect! *Q*
