I finally put some effort in a digital painting again! XD Its some sort of alien insect. Done in photoshop cs4 with an old bamboo tablet.Plse fav!

Cool design for this insect!
To help you out a bit, I suggest adding in more depth to its carapace, in a form of fine lines behind the deepest of peaks. That'll outta do it!

I really like insects so thats where I got the inspiration. And I used the colors I think looked best on this creature. After that I tweaked the layers a little.
